PLEASE NOTE. You are welcome to come to the pub early but the actual event will begin at 8pm in the function room upstairs above the pub.

Why?

This is a great opportunity to meet fellow cachers, exchange ideas, news and have a good catch up.

Although we say "Essex" cachers, anyone can come and join in the fun, it is always a pleasure to welcome "out of area" cachers. We especially welcome those who are new to Geocaching who can pick-up a few hints & tips from the old pro's who will be available on hand to help.

Parking

There is a large car park at the rear of the pub.  

Food

The pub has confirmed they will do food until 9pm. Please see menu below

Trackables

Following the successful usage of Tee-Bees at previous Essex Meets, we will be using this again for this meet. This will make discovering the TB's much easier (if this is your bag). When you place a trackable in the box can we ask you to please enter the trackable code on the logsheet and then we will load them all into the system as soon after the even as we can.
