Apparently the local squirrels don't like the looks of this cache. They keep kicking it out of the hiding spot. If you find it on the ground, please replace it in the crotch of the pear tree (that's the only tree in the area that has a "crotch").
Please do not take the "guardian". It's part of the container NOT swag!
