To go out geocaching without any tool is foolish and shows that you were NOT a boy scout!
You must DYB....(do your best), to find the cache and retrieve it safely.
wearing shorts and thongs will be rewarded with thorn scratches and stickers. a retrieval tool could be helpfull, too.
