Very scenic location. View is of "Millionaires Island" so named after a group of New York business men ( one being part of the Trico winshield wiper company) who used to own it. Just down the street you can see an empty lot with a gate on it, which was where they parked, & went across by boat. The island had a cable operated railroad type ramp from the dock in order to get the supplies up to the lodge. Very sophisticated for its time.
