Geocache Description:

Venture down the Old Yellowstone Trail to experience the rock strewn high desert environment of this region of southwest Montana. From a nearby bluff, one can peer down upon the Yellowstone River as it flows toward Yankee Jim Canyon and onward to the Paradise Valley.

The cache is a metal container that will bring back memories of a candy with a hole. There's plenty of room to park near the cache but you'll have to go on a bit of a stroll into the boulders to make the find. Rattlesnakes could be lurking if you're visiting in the heat of summer. The place is a desert after all. A geocaching patch awaits the FTF.
