We ran across an article referring to an “Interim Park” being designated in our neighborhood. A little research turned up the details:
The City recently acquired 363 acres of property formerly known as The Villages at Cascade Head. Most if the property will eventually be sold off but development will occur over a prolonged period. City Council Resolution 2012-20 was approved to designate it as an “Interim Park” available for non-motorized public use. For more information see Press Release.
To start the ball rolling, we placed this geocache along a main trail through the park which leads to The Knoll where several other caches are already available. Look for a grey ammo can.
