One of a series of Daytime caches placed for the 2013 4th Annual Halloween Hides and Creepy Caches Mega Event

The forest is a remnant of the medieval royal hunting forest. Reminders of the past can still be found, with many miles of ancient woodbanks, building remains and ancient trees. The 'druids' or veteran oaks in Salcey are rare and amazing wildlife habitats, and some of the old oaks are believed to be over 500 years old.

At GZ you will find one of those Ancient 500yr old Druids "Piddington Oak" After thinking about the delights and horrors this old Oak will have been witness to, collect the following info from the information board nearby.

Girth = A.BC

Diameter = D.EF

Year = GHIJ

Now to find the cache all you have to do is substitute the letters in the formula below for the number values indicated above.
