This cache lies a about the half-way point on The Wolf trail in Gatineau park. This is one of my favorite trails, I walk it regularly. It serves as a snowshoe trail during the winter months and is bisected by a bike/x-country ski trail (#1).
About 500m up the trail you will come to a fork. The easier way to the left has a lookout point, overlooking the Ottawa Valley, before the GZ. The harder way to the right, has many fantastic views also of the Ottawa Valley. I recommend doing the complete loop and taking the right path. Though for the less enthusiastic, you can retrieve and return by the left fork.
The Cache is hidden very close to the trail ( if you have gone 10 metres then you have gone too far). It’s a small camoed lock and seal.
