How To Talk Like A Pirate: Marooned Traditional Cache

September 19th is International Talk Like A Pirate Day!! ARRRRRR!!

So we set out to teach all the midwest landlubbers how to speak correctly! We created a power trail of caches along Highway 81 that make up our How To Talk Like A Pirate series.  

M is for Marooned To abandon a person on a deserted coast or island with little in the way of supplies. It is a fairly common punishment for violation of a pirate ship's articles, or offending her crew because the victims death cannot be directly connected to his former brethren. This term does not refer to the color. 

On Talk Like A Pirate DAY "It would be frowned upon for geocachers to MAROON their crew mates at ground zero without a writing utensil."

All the caches are the same camo'ed container- a small pill bottle (except the final) 

Most of the caches are winter friendly, and near an approach or road. Bring your own writing utensil.
