Geocache Description:

September 19th is International Talk Like A Pirate Day!! ARRRRRR!!

So we set out to teach all the midwest landlubbers how to speak correctly! We created a power trail of caches along Highway 81 that make up our How To Talk Like A Pirate series.

Q is for Quarter  Derived from the idea of "shelter", quarter is given when mercy is offered by pirates. Quarter is often the prize given to an honorable loser in a pirate fight. Also "give no quarter"- The refusal to spare lives of an opponent. Pirates raise a red flag to threaten no quarter will be given. 

"Give no quarter to the bilge rat who plundered the cache ahead o' me!"

 

All the caches are the same camo'ed container- a small pill bottle (except the final) 

Most of the caches are winter friendly, and near an approach or road. Bring your own writing utensil.
