All caches in that series is a 1L lock and lock container, please bring more trackable when you visit.

Sheung Shui - 上水:

If you followed the same route like this series, you should biked more than 80km when you reached Sheung Shui, if it is too tough for you, you can end the trip there (take MTR) or take a shortcut to Tai Po directly.
Else if you are still energetic, you can bike along Sha Tau Kok Road and grab this cache and all the way to Luk Keng.
