We placed this cache near Spednic Lake. It is a beautiful lake that is fed by Mud Lake Falls. The base of the falls was once a Native fishing location and excavations have been carried out there. This cache is accessible by car as it is at the beginning of the road (very bumpy) into the lake and Mud lake Falls. It is called Spednic...Spendic because there was a sign there once that had it misspelled.
There are several caches in the area so this location is a good one to start. Make sure you have some bug spray, a camera, and good walking shoes. The road in is quite bumpy so be careful. Hopefully it will be improved in the next few months.
