Geocache Description:

Cache and dash along Nine Barrows Lane.

Small tube bigger than a film pot containing log only.

Please bring your own pen or pencil to log.

The lane is named after the Nine Barrows burial sites which are visible on the horizon from many vantage points. Legend has it that a golden coffin is buried in one of them. Seven of the Bronze Age barrows are  in the Parish of Priddy whilst two are detached and in the Parish of Chewton Mendip.

Please rehide carefully thank you.
