The Bevis Cedar Grove Cemetery, the largest old cemetery in Colerain Township, is a non-denominational cemetery. Established April 18th, 1868. The first burial was in January of 1870. Buried here are descendants of some of the first pioneer families of Colerain, along with veterans of The Revolutionary War (moved here from the Hardin Family Cemetery), Civil War, Spanish American War, First & Second World Wars, Korea & Vietnam Wars.
