Selce (eng. Village) is a small settlement near Prilep with around 300 people living in it. It is situated at the northern foot of Mt. Selecka. Near Selce, there is a monastery from 20th century built on the remains of an old temple. The people living near there believe that the water in the yard has a heiling power. When you continue to climb the stares you'll get to a small church where the caches is hidden. I decided to put this on my first trip to field in high school. It was pretty much awesome :) If you have free time, you could spend the rest of the day going to one of the two mountain huts: 1. Following the path to the top of the hill, in about 5 minutes hike you will arive to the mountain hut 'Domakinjsko cheshmure' (Coordinates: 41.32106210001862, 21.602925119956403). 2. Following the hiking trail to the mountain, in about 1 hour hike you will arrive to the mountain hut 'Tome Temelkovski-Vleckarot'. The hut is build by a local mountainer and it's wife. They were building it for 7 years with monkeys bearing materials, since the hut is only accessible by foot. The hut has two floors, water and is a great place for overnight and pretty macedonian sunsets. Happy geochaching!BYOP!
