Edogawa cycling road -- Tosen Temple / 唐泉寺 Traditional Cache

The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898,
the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching
groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache,
along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run
parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this
day, and special discounts are offered at Tokyo Disney Land.

They said Tosen Temple has devine favors for Cancer and Alzheimer's.
