The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day, and special discounts are offered at Tokyo Disney Land.
* This series of cache is hidden near Edogawa cycling road. This ia a free parking area. You can come by a car bringing bicycles. It opens on Saturday and Holidays (maybe Saturday too)
If you come on weekday, you can take GC43G2E (Koiwa Iris Garden). The cache was hidden at the water gate. Bring your own pen.
1０月１日は東京都民の日です。東京の施政は１８９８年のこの日に始まりました。 東京のジオキャッシンググループは共同でこの日を祝いキャッシュを設置しました。 多くの都立の施設、公園、庭園、ホールの入場料は無料となります。
● 江戸川土手のサイクリングロード沿いにあるキャッシュのシリーズです。
ここは河川敷を利用した無料駐車場です。江戸川土手上を走っていた 篠崎街道が町中に入るあたりで左折して入ることができます。入り口が 見づらい上に狭いのでゆっくり走行すると急ブレーキをかけないで 入ることができますね。看板によるとこの駐車場は日曜と祭日だけ使えると いうことですが土曜日もやっていました。平日おいでになる場合には GC43G2E（小岩菖蒲園）の無料駐車場をおすすめします。 キャッシュはその近くの水門に隠しました。ペンをお持ちください。
