The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898,
the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching
groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache,
along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run
parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this
day, and special discounts are offered at Tokyo Disney Land.
* This series of cache is hidden near Edogawa cycling road.
There is a dock which is used for emergency transportation
by ships against Earthquaqe or Tsunami.
The cache was hidden at river side. Bring your own pen.
MEMO: The container is tied up with a string not to be swept away
in the water. Treat a container carefully.

東京のジオキャッシンググループは共同でこの日を祝いキャッシュを設置しました。
多くの都立の施設、公園、庭園、ホールの入場料は無料となり東京ディズニーランド
は割引となります。
● 江戸川土手のサイクリングロード沿いにあるキャッシュのシリーズです。
大地震などが発生し被災者の救援、河川の復旧をするための資材の
輸送拠点で300トン級の船が着岸できるそうです。江戸川にはこのような
場所がほかにも複数作られています。
キャッシュは川岸に隠しました。ペンをお持ちください。
ご注意：コンテナは増水時の流出防止のため糸がつながっていますので
切らないよう注意深く扱ってください。もし切ってしまったときにはログにてその
ことを書いていただければ後日修復に向かいます。
