I wish I may, I wish I might... Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

charchoc: This was one of my favorite caches...sorry to see it go, but I will find another place for it.

Archiving as the bike park is closing, so wncsteph, tigercash, RossCo.22 and myself removed this and other cache containers in the park.
Great hike today and so sad that this great spot will no longer be used for caching, hiking or biking.
Thank you all for visiting this and the other caches in the park!

Geocache Description:

Seeking typical container within an unusual container.

Hike out to the end of a ridge and look down at the French Broad River. You can hear the river and the wind coming up through the trees at this high point. Be sure to look out towards the river before you get to the cache site, and you can see another ridge with a farm house in the distance. The poem/wish ditty, will make you look in the right direction for the cache. Write a wish in the log, if you wish. Perhaps your wish will come true. A wish of a breather after this hike out here, would be welcome. I do not suggest trying to access from Rte. 251, there is no parking on the side of the road. Use the bike park parking and hike in.

Be sure not to disconnect the loop, but reattach to base line, when retrieval is completed.
