So Mr. Funk to Funky pops into his secret lab, dons his white coat (I'll let you decide which type), gathers his test tubes, beakers and Bunsen burner together and gets started.
The first step is the easy bit as he just needs some nitrogen by itself followed by a mixture of equal parts of selenium, fluorine and oxygen. The next step is to take some cadmium and follow that with a mix of seven parts polonium and one part tellurium.
Right, that's the first half done!
The second half now and we start with some tungsten followed by two parts hydrogen to begin with - not too hard so far! For the next step he takes some arsenic (yes really) and adds to it a dash of beryllium and a spot of carbon. Now this needs to be closely followed by a mixture of molybdenun, sodium, lithium and boron in equal parts.
And that's it! A fine cure-all formula that any doctor would be proud of, although he has to be very careful not to mix the two halves together otherwise there is going to be a real mess and Mrs Funk to Funky won't be happy, but if the first half of the medicine is followed by the second half then I think everything will be okay 
As for the cache the above co-ords are obviously not the cache position - you'll need to make up the formula for that! When you're ready to find it you will however have to be sneaky or careful (or both) when retrieving the cache as it is a highly toxic (high-muggle) spot.
