Geocache Description:

I've been out here several times lately having fun with other cacher's hides so today I hid one of my own. No need to stray far off the trail here, just be wary of muggles as you rest for a few minutes. This is along the new Bluffview trail that takes you to Packwood Estate where you can find more caches. The woods here are really nice without much undergrowth so you can see lots of animals and birds. This area is quickly filling up with caches so come on out and take a tour. Besides this cache there are several multis, puzzles, a letterbox and a Wherigo and several traditionals all around the area. Have fun & be safe and please rehide it as well or better than you found it. Be on the lookout for Nazguls and mountain bikers.

No gnomes, elves or spirits were harmed in the production of this cache, but a few sprites might be grumpy because of it.

Warning

NOTICE: Please be respectful of the posted park hours. If you enter the park after hours you are trespassing. If you are stopped you can be ticketed or arrested and will put the future of geocaching in the parks in jeopardy.
Special permission to hide caches in St. Louis County parks is NOT needed as long as the Groundspeak rules are followed. "Blanket Permission" has been worked out in advance with the park service. DO NOT CALL THE PARK as they cannot handle the calls. The Groundspeak cache reviewer does need to know exactly how and where the caches are hidden and what type of containers are used. The geocaching liaisons will notify the park service of new caches. Remember NO AMMO BOXES or PVC PIPE caches.
