Geocache Description:

Hard to imagine that Langley Park lake was created from this gently flowing brook. Brick clay was excavated which created a rectangular body of water, narrowing down to a stream here.

You are looking for a natural object housing the cache container.

Many thanks to Bucks County Council for allowing us to place this cache.

This is a circuit of approximately 2.5 miles in and around Langley Park.

Langley Park is Grade 2 listed parkland and has a variety of habitats for wildlife, including woodland, heathland and grassland.  A variety of wildfowl can be seen on Langley Lake and the Arboretum has year round interest.  From a royal hunting ground to extravagant pleasure gardens, the park offers great history and features.

Please note the charge for the Pay and Display car park varies between £2.70 and £4.50.
