Fishing and Geocaching were Dels hobbies. We couldn't take you fishing so enjoy this tribute geocache placed in memory of Del.
There is a road called Remember,
Dell entered upon it this September.
We take that road in thought today,
Though unlike him we will not stay
So often now as caching we go,
We think of Del and ‘tis as though
He may be at some other cords
That we will sometime go towards
Trudell caches are all o’er the hills
And we once hunted them for thrills
But now they call him back to mind
While signing each of the logs we find.
This cache now we place with respect,
And remember how this game he did affect.
Always helpful with an encouraging word,
As each of us onward he spurred.
