This was the meeting point when my daughter used to hang about with friends in this area and I would sit here reading waiting to collect her. I always wondered what the building was used for.
Hope House’s motto is to Do More, Together, In Word and Action. Volunteers (from many different churches) work together within the community to help people who need their support.
They provide a soup kitchen and a drop-in centre for the homeless and try to help them with practicalities.
