Land Corp has a big area of land at Cape Foulwind which have had for many years.
They are slowly converting it from Deer and Sheep to Dairy Units.
The land is all pakahi swamp with gorse, manuka, tussock grass and with an iron pan under it all, which stops the water from draining through.
They have come up with a cunning plan to "flip" it all, which entails lots of diggers and bulldozers. They turn the top and bring up the sand from below, also breaking the iron pan.
Now have nice green pastures to drive over and not get bogged
This is a Park and Grab cache, with log only BYOP
This is a roadside cache so watch the kids.
