Cheakamus Lake is a lake in Garibaldi Provincial Park on the southeastern outskirts of the resort municipality of Whistler, British Columbia.
There are two campsites next to the lake, both of which are along a flat trail from the parking lot and have pit toilets and places to hang your food.
Please be aware that dogs are NOT allowed at Cheakamus Lake or on any other trails in Garibaldi Provincial Park.
While out on the trail you will see much more than just one, two the three trees, but this was the spot I chose to hide a cache.
It is behind not one but two trees. A small container is what you are looking for.
