This is part two to the Best Laid Plans cache, because I believe this is where the second part of the great “new” place was going to be built. Like George and Lennie as they roamed from place to place looking for work, I imagine that is what the guy is doing now that came up with this “quest”. The proposal in 2008 that was presented was going to create an Olympic-style sports village; however what we got was twelve turf fields and a lot of cleared land!
This seems to be a low muggle area and there is plenty of parking. There is only enough room for a log, so please BYOP!
