KAMEHAMEHA!
The Kamehameha attack was first created by Master Roshi. It was handed down to Goku which is his signature attack and is used a lot thoughout the entire manga series.
In this cache series, Goku is having trouble shooting the Kamehameha straight. See the picture below.
This picture of Goku trying to do a Kamehameha just so happens to be a puzzle. Solve the puzzle to find out where you should go to master the Kamehameha. Once there you should also find one third of the coords to find Kamesennin.
Once you get the coords, check maps and plan you approach to GZ. A short, direct approach won't work! A big walk is required. And you don't have to leave the path or go to into the tetrapod area.
