Geocache Description:

This cache is located on an open stretch of the Flush road with a beautiful, and unique view.

I chose this location for a cache as it is the only place I'm aware of where you can see the unique view of these four peaks rolling into each other across the landscape.

Closest to you is Squires Hill, which rolls into Cave Hill behind it. As Cave hill sweeps down you see the peak of Carnmoney Hill, and beyond that, Knockagh Monument Hill.

Each of these peaks has a mast/monument visible at the top, and each has a cache at the peak also! You also get a glimpse of Belfast Lough and up to Kilroot power station.

There is something very pleasant about the openness and isolation of this particular stretch of the Flush road, and on a nice day the view is well worth taking in. Please park at N54 38.841 W006 00.107, as this is a safe place to get out of the car and is not far from the cache. It also is a nice spot to admire the view.

The cache is a bison tube containing a log book and pencil. Please be careful handling the cache and ensure you replace it safely and securely.
