Somebody's Watching You! Traditional Cache

When you come looking for me, there could be someone watching you.  This is a high muggle area in the warmer months and in the winter months there could be some eyes watching from a distance.

Normally I do not care for hides like this, but since the accessibility was good today I figured why not.  There is usually a fair amount of muggle traffic in this area so use great stealth when going for this one.  Rehide as found. Permission to place this cache was given by Dr. Patrick Hagen, Dean, UW-Richland.
