An “easy” two step cipher solution will provide you with the digits you need to subtract from the posted coordinates. This will bring you to a little known location that has been described by numerous sources as having extremely high instances of the Paranormal activity (if you're into that kind of thing)!! The gate is always open, but are you sure you want to come in at night????
When the idea of this cache came to mind, I checked my stats and found that I only had a total of 6 cache finds on a Friday the 13th. So, I loaded up the truck after dark and ran out and found 13 new caches on Friday September 13, 2013 !! There’s another Friday the 13th coming in December 2013!! Set your alarm clock.
