This geocache is found at an nice and historical fountain. Be sure to bring tweezers with you. Just seeing the cache isn't a good enough reason to log it. You should sign the logsheet. That is why I have rated it a 2.5 difficulty (because you need tweezers). Bring your own pen (or stamp).
