Metro Vancouver Challenge: I cached all over it! Mystery Cache

Cache IS at the posted coordinates but CAN NOT be logged as found until the challenge requirements are met.

THERE IS NO PUBLIC PARKING ON BARNSTON ISLAND. THERE IS PUBLIC PARKING ON THE SURREY SIDE OF THE FERRY.

Any logs that do not meet the requirements will be deleted.

Metro Vancouver comprises 24 local authorities which include 22 municipalities, one electoral area and one treaty First Nation.  The city of Abbotsford is included when regarding regional parks.

THE CHALLENGE

You must find one geocache in each of the 21 city/town listed below.

For this challenge you will not be using Lions Bay, Abbotsford or the Tsawwassen First Nations areas.

You can not use your own caches.

You can not use this cache.

ALL caches MUST be listed on geocaching.com.  

When you log your find, you must list each cache including GC number and which authority it was in or create a Bookmark list for your caches and leave it up for at least 30 days after you have posted your FIND.
