This cache was placed by Girl Scouts from the White Mountains while camping at Shadow Rim Ranch. The Girl Scouts had an expert geocacher come to camp as a guest to teach them about geocaching. The girls had a blast learning how to use a GPS and finding treasures. Each troop who participated in geocaching while at camp, was also assigned a travel bug to set goals for. These travel bugs along with over 100 hand crafted swaps are in this cache. Please help our travel bugs along their ways to their goals! Our hopes are that by next year when we return to camp, our girls have all new swaps to take home and fill our container with new ones again.
The cache is located outside the gates of Shadow Rim Ranch to allow anyone to locate it, even if you are not associated with Girl Scouts. It is a easy cache to find, located just off the road.
