There is no requirement to find the actual CHIRP device. In fact, we would prefer if you didn't even look for it.
NOTE: This would be rated a Difficulty 5, because this geocache can be found with a CHIRP compatible GPS...however, we are providing an alternate method to locate the cache, so we lowered the Difficulty to 3. Every time a newborn baby laughs for the first time, that laugh travels out into the world, and those that make their way to Neverland turn into a Never fairy. At the published coordinates you'll find a kiosk with information for those who like 4x4 off-roading in the Ocala National Forest. You can enable CHIRP detection on your compatible GPS device to receive coordinates and a hint for the final location. Or you can use the forest road ## from the nearby sign a few yards Southeast of the kiosk, Add that ## to the west coordinates.
