I was out today, finding and maintaining caches, and looking for a spot to place my daily hide(s). Several months ago, I had told a couple of local cachers that this spot was available, but nothing has been done. So, once again it's up to me to roll up my sleeves and make things happen. One of the two local cachers stated that it's very difficult for him to pass up a challenge. Let me offer this challenge to the rest of you, and him in passing: let's see if one of you can beat him to FTF. He already has enough FTFs from me. However, for this cache, he has a strong advantage.
The cache contains a log, pencil, sharpener, small trade items and a prize for FTF. No credit without your signature. Park without blocking any driveways. It's not at the fenced-in area.
