This area is generally known as the Medical Center of South Arkansas (MCSA) and the various buildings house the Center of Aging, the Heart Hospital, the Hospital for Women among perhaps other units.
There has previously been a cache in this general area but is now archived.
You are looking for a cammoed film canister. (No longer a film canister) There will be muggles but I believe the general location and the fact that you can park so close by along with the stealth you have learned should cover your covert actions.
