A quick cache in a quiet location.
The ossuary is located in the All Saints' Chapel built around 1400 while the chapel is still surrounded by a functioning graveyard. Around 1511 a half-blind monk was tasked with gathering the bones from abolished graves and storing them in the ossuary. This was to make room for new arrivals. A local woodcarver named Frantisek Rindt was hired by the Shwartzenberg family ca1870 to decorate the interior with the available materials. One of the creations is the Shwartzenberg coat of arms, displayed nearby a chandelier which contains every bone in the human body.
Also known as "The Bone Church", there is more of a sense of peace and quiet here than death, especially once the tourists have departed and the caretakers are closing for the night.
