Geocache Description:


Built with triple timber beams to support heavy log trucks, the lavish red Office Covered Bridge spans 180 feet over the Willamette River, making it the longest covered bridge in Oregon. The bridge originally connected the Westfir Lumber Company mill with the office, hence the name. It is the only remaining covered bridge west of the Mississippi to have a covered walkway attached to the bridge.
