The coordinates will bring you to an information board which you will need to find the cache coordinates.
There is also space for cars to park, provided it is not school drop-off/collection or church/GAA match time.
On the information board you will need to find the answer to the following questions:
From what year is the oldest map, this will be called ABCD
How many hectares does Stabannon comprise together with the townlands, this will be called EFGH
The cache is located at the following coordinates:
N53 52.(B-(C+D))(F-A)(G-E-C)
W6 26.(C+A)(B-D)(H+C)
Although GZ would be accessible by car (narrow dirt track with numerous potholes, mainly used by farmers) you will get the best impression of the stunning views and surroundings by simply walking there.
The road to the cache site is quite steep. The cache is a large plastic container, please try to rehide the cache as carefully as you can.
PLEASE NOTE: During bird shooting season (Oct 1 - Jan 31) a feeding container may be in place close to the cache site. Extra stealth will be required then. Please keep in mind the cache cán be retrieved from the road (some agility is required), without going into the field!
