Nel corso del restauro, inoltre, sulla facciata esterna sono riemerse delle decorazioni in pietra rossa riconducibili alla simbologia alchemica. Sebbene non esistano documentazioni storiche precise al riguardo, si ritiene che la casa fosse stata originariamente costruita come residenza e luogo di lavoro di un alchimista.
[ENG] Owned by Comunità Montana dell'Alpago, this recently renovated building is unique in the surroundings, both for its structure and the heating system, which did not involve the use of chimneys: the smoke ascent was forced along the central stairs, dissipating through the roof. During the restoration works, some red stone decorations linked to alchemy symbors appeared in the facade: although there are no other precise historical documentation, it is believed that the house was originally built as a residence and working place of an alchemist.
