The Tillamook County Historical Society was founded in 1984, seeking to bring together persons interested in the history of Tillamook County. Among the numerous function conducted by the Tillamook County Historical Society, is the sponsorship of a genealogy study group, the placement of plaques and other markers to identify important historic sites and places, or in memory of individual citizens who have made important contributions to Tillamook County. Your quest, via the caches will be to visit and learn about many to the markers throughout Tillamook County. Most will be Multi-Caches. As always be safe, watch for traffic and enjoy the hunt!
