Located in a strand of tree near the entrance to Pippy Park, this cache is a black medium sized cache with a log and various small trade items.
Driving along Mt Scio Road in St. John's on this beautiful afternoon, my wife and I stopped at a parking spot near the entrance to Pippy Park. We admired the rural feel to this place considering we were in the heart of our NL capital city. We could even see Signal Hill through the trees. While here I decided to drop a cache in a strand of trees near this parking area, my first cache hidden on the East Coast of our province (we drove in from Stephenville). Good luck in the hunt!
