Geocache Description:

This is one of a series of roadside caches placed along the N6 section 1 between East London and Stutterheim. The caches have all been placed at spots where it is possible to pull well off the road. Please be aware that this is a National Road with fast moving and heavy traffic so keep aware of the risks when retrieving these caches and take special care of children.

You can almost drive to this cache if you have a vehicle with high ground clearance. But we'd recommend parking nearby along the gravel road and taking a short walk to retrieve this one. Depending which way you are travelling, this is either the first or last of a series of 16 caches placed along the N6, section 1 between Sutterheim and East London. You can do as few or all if you wish. It will add about an extra one and a half to two hours of travel time to your journey to find all 16.
