Usually, we have flashed past this location without slowing enough to see "Exactly what was that?" So now we have provided an excuse to stop and have a look at this unusual "artistic expression" adjacent to the Southwest highway.

PLEASE REPLACE LOGBOOK INSIDE the SCREW TOP SEALED CONTAINER ATTACHED TO THE CAP !!
