Operation BFL status report

After a great deal of effort and risk, operation BFL is finally reporting some success. It's only partial, but better than the last few reports.
The missing encryption device was recovered, but the agent was unable to safely exctract either the device or the more important documentation that was with it. The device itself has been left at the usual dead drop location for recovery.
The documentation has been hidden at a new dead drop location far enough away from the old location to make it unlikely that anyone will accidently stumble across both. The location of the new dead drop location has been encrypted using the device. As this encryption is time sensitive and changes frequently, it should be secure enough to make it dificult for anyone finding the device to locate the documentation as well.
The agent involved is being extracted via a different route. It will be necessary to arrange extraction of the device and documentation at some other time, preferably as soon as possible.
Once the documentation is extracted, operations can proceed towards the ultimate goal of tracking down the enemy agent known only by the codename of 'Oscar' Agents involved in the extraction need to use extreme caution. The enemy patrols the area heavily, and is rumored to have a base of operations nearby as well.
