Captain Jack Traditional Cache

Third of a series of 5 novelty, family friendly caches placed on the cycle track between Lochwinnoch and Kilbarchan. All are within 10 mtrs of the track and the track is accessible from several locations along it's route. A good starting point is at Loch Semple where there is plenty of free parking.

We noticed and lack of caches along the cycle track and as we had a few novelty containers, we thought we would place a few caches to keep the family entertained on their ride. The caches are spread over approx 3 - 4 miles so can be done on foot also. Alll the caches are micro novelty caches and you will need a pencil. There are brambles and nettles all along the cycle route and it can be difficult to avoid them totally, but we have tried to avoid them as much as possible. We have tried to place the caches in areas where a number of bikes can be safely parked off the track.
