On May 28, 1873, the Dale family sold to the trustees of the Belford congregation of the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Canada one-half acre of land on Goodfellow's Road for the sum of $4.00. This land is adjacent to the old S.S.#25 school which burned down in January, 2013.
