This is another nice, old foundation with lots of stone walls and piles of rocks around. Walking past on the trail, you may not realize there is another old house foundation.
The cache is not near the house itself but is in another similar spot. You are looking for a dark green, small four-tab container, hidden in the shadows. You shouldn't have to move much to get it. The cache is winter-friendly, to a point.
This is on the Beal's Road Trail. The closest parking is at the Beal's Road trailhead at the end of Stone Mill Road, off Old Chesterfield Road (Room for one or two cars. Do not block gate.). There are numerous other access points. See the Pisgah State Park map. Pisgah State Park Trail Map
