This is a cache to bring people to the Dekalb County 9/11 memorial. While this is not directly at the memorial, or adjacent to it, it is as close as I felt safe putting it. I had talked to the Dekalb County Fire Department about putting one closer, but when he talked to the police, and they weren't comfortable with a cache so close to their buildings.
